1. Confidentiality of Chemical Inquiries
All customer communications, inquiries, target CAS numbers, chemical structures (SMILES, InChI), custom synthesis routes, and purity specifications transmitted to Karpschem are held under strict scientific confidentiality. We routinely execute bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to discussing custom synthesis projects.
2. Scope of Data Collection
Information gathered through our RFQ forms, quote submissions, and newsletter subscriptions is used solely to evaluate synthesis feasibility, generate formal commercial quotations, process purchase orders, and release Certificates of Analysis. We never monetize, rent, or distribute client contact details to third parties.
3. Analytical Archive Integrity
Raw spectroscopic records (NMR, HRMS, HPLC chromatograms) and electronic CoA archives are secured in access-restricted data systems compliant with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and ISO/IEC 17025 audit trail guidelines.
