1. Research & In Vitro Use Only
All reference standards, nitrosamine impurities (NDSRIs), isotope-labelled markers, and metabolites synthesized and supplied by Karpschem are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research, chromatographic method development, and quality control validation. Under no circumstances are these products intended or licensed for human clinical administration, veterinary usage, food additives, or cosmetic application.
2. Certificate of Analysis (COA) Warranty
Each dispatched product is warranted to conform to the specifications stated on its batch-specific Certificate of Analysis at the date of dispatch. Purity percentages are established by authenticated HPLC-UV/MS methods. The recommended re-test date is based upon strict adherence to stated storage conditions (e.g. -20°C, inert atmosphere).
3. Cold-Chain Transport & Receipt
Temperature-sensitive compounds are packaged in qualified thermal insulators with gel packs or dry ice. Buyers must inspect packages immediately upon courier delivery (DHL/FedEx) and transfer vials to appropriate cold-storage chambers as stated on vial labeling.
4. Intellectual Property & Custom Synthesis
All novel synthesis routes, intermediate pathways, and specialized reaction conditions developed under custom synthesis projects are subject to mutually executed bilateral confidentiality and licensing contracts.
